It belongs to martensitic stainless steel and is used after quenching and tempering. Its strength, plasticity and toughness match well. It has good corrosion resistance in weakly corrosive media whose temperature does not exceed 30 ℃; it has sufficient corrosion resistance in fresh water, steam and humid atmosphere; it has stable oxidation resistance below 700 ℃. In order to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of the parts, carbonitriding or nitriding treatment can be performed. In the annealed state, the plasticity is high, and cold pressing such as deep rolling, stamping, bending and hemming can be performed; welding and mechanical cutting are good, and polishing can be performed. It is mainly used to manufacture parts that require medium strength and high toughness under the action of corrosive media and impact loads.
It belongs to martensitic stainless steel. After quenching and tempering, it has good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, especially good shock absorption. Compared with 1Cr13 steel, it has higher strength and hardness but slightly lower toughness and corrosion resistance. In the air medium below 700 ℃, it still has stable oxidation resistance. In order to improve the wear resistance and fatigue resistance of parts, nitriding or carbonitriding can be performed. Welding performance and plasticity after annealing are not as good as 1Cr13, but still meet welding and forming requirements; cutting and polishing performance is good. It is mainly used to manufacture food machinery parts that are subject to high stress, high corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is also widely used in tableware and medical equipment.
It belongs to martensitic stainless steel and is used after quenching and tempering. Compared with 1Crl3 and 2Cr13, it has higher strength, hardness and hardenability. Its corrosion resistance and thermal stability below 700 ° C are lower than those of 1Crl3 and 2Cr13. Cold workability and welding performance are not good. Heat treatment should be performed immediately after welding to prevent cracking. In the annealed state, it has good cutting performance. It is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant, high-strength, wear-resistant parts, such as food cutting tools and medical equipment.
It belongs to sulfur and phosphorus martensitic free-cutting stainless steel. It is used after quenching and tempering, and its strength is high. This steel has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, water, nitric acid, and alkaline aqueous solution; it has obvious tendency of pitting corrosion in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and halide media. Due to the high sulfur and phosphorus content in steel, the cutting performance is good, but the welding performance is poor; the cold deformation plasticity of steel is poor; the cold working hardening strength is high; 2Crl3Ni steel is usually used to manufacture low surface roughness values, while forks bear large stresses since they are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Such as shafts, pins, bushings, gears and plastic forming dies in food machinery.
